This Privacy Policy explains how Print Calendar Lab handles information when you use our website, browser-based printable calendar tools, and the Print Calendar PDF iOS app.

Our goal is to keep calendar creation private and practical. Website calendar generation happens in your browser, and the iOS app generates calendar PDFs on your device.

2. Website Information We Collect

When you visit the website, we may collect technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, approximate region, and usage events through analytics, advertising, CDN, and security tools.

If you contact us by email, we may collect your email address and the information you choose to send.

3. iOS App Calendar and Reminder Data

The Print Calendar PDF iOS app requests Calendar access so it can read events selected by you and generate printable PDFs on your device. It may also request Reminders access if you choose to include reminders in a PDF.

Calendar titles, event titles, notes, locations, reminder titles, and reminder notes are used on device to generate PDFs. The app does not upload this calendar or reminder content to Print Calendar Lab, RevenueCat, or any calendar data provider.

Generated PDF files and export history are stored locally on your device unless you choose to print, share, save, or send them using system share features.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

The iOS app uses Apple In-App Purchase and RevenueCat to provide Pro subscriptions, one-time purchases, restore purchases, and entitlement status.

Purchase-related information may include App Store transaction data, receipt data, product identifiers, subscription status, renewal status, refund status, an anonymous app user identifier, device/store environment information, and related purchase history. This data is used to provide app functionality, restore purchases, prevent fraud, support customers, and understand subscription performance.

We do not send your calendar or reminder content to RevenueCat. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising, and Third-Party Services

The website may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, security, and basic site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may use third-party services such as Google Analytics, page analytics tools, advertising networks, hosting/CDN providers, Apple, RevenueCat, and email providers. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

The iOS app does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

6. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the website and app, generate PDFs, operate purchases and entitlements, restore purchases, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, analyze aggregate usage, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Purchase records may be retained by Apple, RevenueCat, or us as needed for entitlement, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, support, and compliance purposes.

You can manage website cookies in your browser. You can manage Calendar and Reminders permissions in iOS Settings. You can cancel or manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
